Blueberry Pancakes

Modo de preparo

  1. In a bowl, whisk together 1 cup of flour, 1 tbsp of sugar, 1 tsp of baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk 1 egg, 1 cup of milk, and 1 tbsp of melted butter.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in 1/2 cup of blueberries.
  4. Heat a skillet and drop 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form, then flip.
  5. Serve with syrup and extra blueberries.
  6. Enjoy your breakfast!
